Lift Overview
The Backpacker is perfect for anyone with a mini van or SUV. The heavy duty Backpacker, with a 325 lb. weight capacity, can handle most of the power chairs or scooters on the market. For mini van owners, the Backpacker can be used to load your device through the rear or side entry doors.

Exterior Lifts This is our least expensive exterior lift. Only rated to lift 150 lbs., it is perfect for transporting the Go Go or Sonic scooters from Pride Mobility as well as many other smaller sized scooters from other manufacturers.

All the Silver Star lifts come standard with a hard wire installation kit. However, the cost or the battery pack is less than the hard wire installation cost and the ability to inexpensively switch your lift to another car makes the battery pack option a must have.
Depending on your state's regulations, you may require the license plate kit for the rear of your vehicle when an external lift is installed.
Hitch reducers are used when your vehicle is already equipped with a Class 2 or Class 3 hitch. The hitch reducer will allow the existing hitch to be used as a Class 1 hitch, thus allowing the use of any of the four manual wheelchair carriers.
The power chair weather breaker cover helps to keep the outside elements away from your power chair while traveling. The durable one-piece cover protects electronic components and keeps your seat clean and dry.
